frog video contest Amphibian populations worldwide are in the midst of a mass extinction crisis. Unfortunately, only a very small proportion of our population is aware of this impending environmental catastrophe, and this lack of awareness in the general public is one of the greatest impediments to successful amphibian conservation efforts.

We need your help getting the word out. The 1st Annual SAVE THE FROGS! Video Contest invites you to make a video mentioning savethefrogs.com, and then place that video on YouTube, where thousands of people will see it. Yes there are prizes!

How do you make a frog video? That's up to you! Here are some ideas, in no particular order:

(1) Talk or sing about frogs; it can be funny or serious;
(2) Interview people in the street about frogs;
(3) Make an animated video or use high tech digital imagery;
(4) Film yourself dancing around in a SAVE THE FROGS! t-shirt:
