Only about two percent of the world’s population is aware that amphibians are in the midst of a mass extinction crisis. Educating the public is crucial if we are to keep frogs from disappearing, so we need you to help us get the word out!

Save The Frogs Day is a great way to get people’s attention, and it’s only one month away, so let’s make the most of it.

HERE ARE SOME WAYS YOU CAN HELP:

(1) Put some of these informational flyers up around town, in your office, or at school:

(2) Tell all your teachers about Save The Frogs Day, and ask them to get their classes involved.

(3) Set up a Save The Frogs Day info/fundraising table at your school. We can provide some materials. You’ll need permission from your school.

(4) Contact your local radio station, TV station or newspaper and ask them to do a piece on Save The Frogs Day and the amphibian extinction crisis.

(5) Add the Save The Frogs Day icon to your webpage, blog, Facebook page, etc…

(6) Add an event listing for Save The Frogs Day to your city’s calendar/events websites. You can do a web search to find such sites. For instance, search ‘Cleveland Calendar’, or ‘San Diego Events’ to find appropriate websites. Craigslist has an events section as well:

(7) Join the SAVE THE FROGS! Facebook group and invite your friends to join:
