SAVE THE FROGS! is seeking lawyers knowledgeable in environmental law, nonprofit law and estate law, who are willing to offer their services on a volunteer basis. This can range from providing your services a couple hours a week, to handling an entire case, or just being available in case we ever have a few quick questions. If we receive any assistance from you, we will acknowledge you on this web page and provide a link to your professional web site.
Amphibian Legal Defense Council
Endangered species are entitled legal protection from threats to their populations. This legal protection is meaningless however without knowledgeable lawyers dedicated to enforcing the legislation. Land developers, mining/extraction/chemical companies and other large businesses have millions of dollars to pay lawyers and lobbyists to ensure that their business practices continue undeterred by environmental regulations. On the contrary, nowhere on the planet does there exist a team of lawyers dedicated to protecting amphibians' rights, and thus even to this day endangered amphibian populations are detroyed by human mis-management.
A primary goal of SAVE THE FROGS! is to employ a team of paid environmental lawyers dedicated exclusively to defending amphibians' legal rights. We are currently soliciting donations for our Amphibian Legal Defense Fund. Please click here to donate, or contact us if you are an environmental lawyer.
